We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the front desk calendar.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
- Utilize Dentrix dental software
- Ensure that all front desk operations run smoothly, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Handle coding and billing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Skills
- Proficient in dental administrative support with experience in front desk operations.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Dentrix.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to file documents systematically.
- Competent in computerized systems for data entry and management, including 10 key typing skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.
