Position Overview:
As the Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the owner and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, managing emails, handling invoices, processing payments, and assisting with administrative tasks to keep projects running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling jobs, coordinating with clients, and organizing the owner’s calendar.
- Email & Communication: Monitor and respond to emails professionally, ensuring timely communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Billing & Invoicing: Create and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Expense Management: Process and pay bills, track expenses, and maintain organized financial records.
- Document Handling: Organize contracts, permits, and project-related paperwork.
- General Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
