Job Summary:
The Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and tidiness in executive offices, customer service areas, the warehouse, and outdoor spaces. This role involves tasks such as trash collection, vacuuming, mopping, and restocking supplies, while ensuring efficient use of time and materials. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow a structured yet flexible schedule are essential.
You will:
- Open doors and turn on the lights in all executive offices.
- Clean offices, collect trash, vacuum all floors, and wipe down walls.
- Water flowers, pick up trash (if any), sweep outdoor mats, and spot clean glass doors.
- Clean all bathrooms (mop, refill soap, toilet paper, and paper towels).
- Spot clean and maintain restrooms
- Take inventory of supplies and a running list of items needed for reordering throughout the day.
- Report all low inventory items to the supervisor for reorder.
You have:
- Prior experience cleaning inside of office or residential properties.
- Effective organizational skills to manage daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
- Ability to work independently while efficiently managing time.
