JEI Learning Center Frisco is an after school enrichment learning center. We are seeking experienced English instructor to teach students from grades pre-K to 8. All teaching materials will be provided. This is a part-time, year-round position. Hours will vary but generally are Monday-Friday from 4:30pm-6:30pm
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
· Working in intimate 4:1 setting
· Teaching and guiding students in reading, writing, and grammar
· Grading student's work
· Helping to improve upon and develop students reach their potentials
· NO lesson planning required
Requirements:
· Instructor should hold or be working towards a degree in history, English, or related subjects, and have strong writing and communication skills
· Must enjoy working with kids
· Must be detail oriented, organized, meticulous
· Should bring energy to the classroom and be very personable.
· Prior teaching experience is a BIG plus!
· First preference to Certified Teacher
