Our venue located in Belmont NC sets the stage for rehearsal dinners, weddings, birthday parties and corporate gatherings to name a few. We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager/Event Coordinator to elevate our social media and events to new heights of excellence and sophistication.
Position Overview:
As the Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for bringing our clients' visions to life. From initial concept to flawless execution, you will oversee all aspects of event design and production, ensuring that each event is a seamless and unforgettable experience for our clients and their guests.
As the Social Media Manager, you will be the creative force behind all our social media content. From taking inspiring pictures to shooting exhilarating video to excite the senses so that guests are immersed in the Jekyll & Hyde experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and coordinators to understand the vision and preferences for a design that reflects the unique style and personality of each client
- Source and manage relationships with vendors, including florists, decorators, product companies, etc.
- Coordinate logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site management of production to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Create room productions including floral and design pieces to elevate our venue
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and creativity of our events.
- Travel to each J&H location to shoot content
- Edit content to create inspirational videos and pictures
- Create online content that engages our current and potential guests
- Ability to create content in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Tik Tok
Experience Required
- Previous experience organizing and planning events
- Ability to travel to multiple locations
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well in teams
- Create/edit video and picture content
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000 per year Bonus
