Job Summary:
Under general supervision, coordinate and work with the Director and Retail Operations Specialist. Be able to fill positions in JIA retail shops when staffing assistance is needed. Responsibilities include assisting with retail invoicing/purchase orders, processing retail internet sales, and basic accounting functions. Assist with distributing inventory to the stores. Responsible for assisting with the workflow and follow-up to ensure the Retail Department’s deadlines are met. Highly motivated, extremely organized, and professional. Strong organizational and time management skills, including being detail-oriented. Positive, team-oriented attitude and manner. High energy level and self-motivation. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of internal staff with high professionalism. Solid mathematical, logical, and analytical skills.

Description:
- Prepare daily sales reports for all Shopify, Ticketleap, and Clover transactions.
- Trained to fill positions in all JIA retail shops when they need assistance.
- Assist in creating an online ordering system for in-house staff uniforms.
- Conduct monthly inventory, distribution, and ordering of employee uniforms.
- Assist in researching Point of Sale inventory discrepancies.
- Assist all Retail locations with physical inventory counts.
- Enter all new employees into our POS system.
- Develop a monthly retail newsletter.
- Provide general administrative support to the Director of Retail Operations and Retail Operations Specialist.
- Assist with administrative duties for other management staff as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Degree or a recognized equivalent is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial/Office Science, or related experience preferred.
- Minimum of three to five years experience in administrative support and/or three years working within the retail industry preferred.
- Strong organization and oral and written communication skills are required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint preference).
- Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be friendly and outgoing with the desire to be helpful to others
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions:
- Exert up to 35 pounds of force occasionally and constantly exert a negligible amount of force to move objects.
- More than 50% of the typical workday will reach, grasp, and use repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions.
- Between 25% and 50% of the typical workday will be spent walking and climbing stairs.
- Less than 25% of the day is spent crouching and/or stooping, kneeling, standing, pushing, pulling and lifting.
- Must have visual clarity to prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribing use of computers, and expansive reading.
- Sensory abilities require vision, feeling, and touching, with more than 50% of the day spent talking and hearing.
- Majority of work will be performed within an indoor office environment. Typically work is not conducted in adverse environmental conditions, however, occasionally work may be performed outside with exposure to heat, humidity, and cold weather.
- The noise level is usually considered quiet to normal.
