This position is focused on the IT Data and Analytics Team. The internship program includes meaningful projects and challenging work assignments geared at developing professional competencies and skills in a chosen discipline. What You’ll Do
In the past, our interns have had the opportunity to:
- Assist in the development and implementation of hyperautomation solutions to streamline data processes.
- Support the design, training, and deployment of AI and ML models for various business applications.
- Conduct data analysis and visualization to uncover insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Apply data-driven problem-solving techniques to real-world business opportunities.
- Participate in the evaluation and integration of new analytics tools and technologies.
- Document processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Gain exposure to JELD-WEN’s technical and business leadership through presentations and collaborative projects.

Required:
- Currently enrolled rising junior or rising senior pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Basic understanding of AI, ML, and data analytics concepts
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) is a plus
- Relevant internship or previous work experience
- Leadership experience and relationship-building skills
