*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical construction and project management, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a solid understanding of construction estimating, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. *Duties* - Manage all phases of electrical projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. - Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC). - Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure necessary resources. - Utilize HeavyBid for accurate project pricing and cost management. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Prepare detailed construction estimates using Bluebeam for project bids. - Lead project meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and facilitate problem-solving among team members. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. *Qualifications* - Proven experience in electrical project management or a related field. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC regulations, and construction practices. - Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam. - Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Effective communication skills both verbal and written. - A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
