JellyFish Lighting is an exterior lighting solutions company that manufactures stunning white accent lighting that becomes decorative or festive multi-color lighting for any holiday, event, or sports team, all simply controlled from your smartphone. It’s a permanent Christmas lighting solution that provides other countless fun, exciting, and magnificent options all year round.
As a Sale Representative at JellyFish Lighting, you are responsible for contacting and introducing lighting solutions to homeowners by creating your own customer base. We are looking for an energetic and hungry self-starter who excels at managing heavy virtual contact with potential clients nationwide. You must be comfortable quickly building relationships with new customers, generating interest in the product, and closing the sale.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a results-driven sales representative actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. You will also have excellent phone, text, CRM, and computer skills and a proven track record of reaching sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain your own leads and customer base
- Sell JellyFish Lighting solutions to warm prospects using a consultative sales approach to prospective customers
- Qualify, follow up, and track sales leads while maintaining accurate and frequent customer information within a CRM database
- Generate estimates for potential customers using software-based solutions
- Present cost-benefit and needs analysis to potential clients
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets or quotas
- Listen attentively to customers and respond appropriately
- Coordinate sales efforts with management and team members
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to progress the sales process
- Provide management with feedback on trends in customers feedback and complaints
- Learn and understand the JellyFish Lighting product and emphasize appropriate features to customers
Qualifications
- Door-to-Door sales experience in solar or other
- Highly motivated and driven with a consistent track record hitting sales targets
- Proficient in PC business applications
- Experience with and proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to calculate percentages, sales prices and discounts quickly accurately
- Desire to continuously improve sales skills and to increase sales success rates
- Must be organized, reliable, able to multitask, and have a positive attitude
- Outstanding selling, negotiation, and communication skills
Earn up to $175,000 per year (commission only)
