Job Description

The salary range for this position is $53,280 - $71,037 USD annual.

Reporting to the CFO. You will create an impact within our accounting team while you seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Intercompany and Payroll reconciliations.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and preparation of month-end folder reporting.
• P&L analysis.
• Accruals and prepayment reviews.
• Revenue reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of state / federal TAX reporting.
• Support with preparing monthly/annual / quarterly reports and other documents required by the management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Completed CPA certification or studying towards it.
• 3 years of experience in an Accounting position
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.
• Experienced in implementing solutions to streamline and automate processes.
• You demonstrate empathy and adapt your approach to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• You are great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
• When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
• Commitment to ethical behavior with a willingness to adhere to all company policies and current financial legislation.
