Job Description

Salary range for this position is $110,000 - 130,000 USD annual and will be reporting to the VP, Creative.

Are you a visionary creative who loves both big ideas and hands-on design? As a Senior Art Director – Design, you'll lead bold, culture-shaping work for iconic brands, crafting high-impact visuals across multiple channels. Working within a dynamic, collaborative team, you’ll shape the visual language of a world-renowned brand, pushing creative boundaries and inspiring your team to take risks that deliver compelling results. With a deep understanding of cultural and social trends, you'll develop everything from large-scale campaigns to agile social activations while collaborating closely with clients, presenting ideas with confidence, and building strong, trust-based relationships..

• Are a strategic thinker who excels at developing both expansive design ideas and focused social executions
• Have a wealth of reference to pull from and a POV on what makes good design pop on social
• Are immersed in social trends and culture, bringing fresh, original perspectives to everything you do
• Craft attention-grabbing designs that resonate with audiences and lead brand visibility
• Have a strong visual repertoire and can clearly articulate and visualize concepts, bringing them to life with hands-on skills
• Build partnership and influence within teams and with clients, contributing valuable insights along the way
• Adapt and respond to feedback strategically, enhancing concepts for the best results
• Excel in collaboration with senior creatives, aligning with the team's vision and elevating the work
• Bring hands-on design experience, from quickly mocking up concepts to effectively leading a Design team with focus and purpose.
• Have experienced leading a small team of motion designers and editors to bring your vision to life.
• Are passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and enjoy sharing that knowledge

Qualifications

• 6 years in a prominent creative role within the advertising / design industry
• Experienced delivering across multiple channels with a strong conceptual and social background
• An impressive portfolio of static and motion work showcasing relevant, high-impact work.
• Effective verbal and presentation skills, with experience presenting to leadership and clients at all levels
• Experience directing teams from design concept all the way through production.
• Ability to give clear, structured feedback to designers on the team
• Entertainment experience is preferred. Social experience is required.
• Experience collaborating with large teams in client-focused roles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
