Responsibilities
- Set up, run, and clean up scheduled activities and events.
- Promote activities, engage with guests, and encourage participation.
- Ensure guest safety during activities and follow park rules.
- Assist with character appearances and act as a handler.
- Maintain a professional appearance, punctuality, and positive attitude.
- Follow opening, closing, and clean-up procedures for activity areas.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
Experience
- Experience working with children in group settings (e.g., camps, schools, or events).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain energy and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and adaptable when managing activities or solving problems.
- Previous event planning or recreational experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures, especially for group activities.
