This position is for a talented graphic designer to join our team at JEM INTERNATIONAL, INC. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Pay Range

65,000.00 / yr - $75,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities :

Create print designs and develop concepts for art, including all changes and processes required.
Prepare CADs for internal presentations and color separations for screen prints, ensuring art is print-ready when sent to the factory.
Research and identify current trends to present competitive data related to the brand.
Collaborate with Design, Sales, and Brand Management teams to conceptualize and launch clothing lines.
Ensure accuracy and adherence to line sheets, production logs, and design catalogs.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to merchandise showrooms for seasonal market dates.
Handle special projects as assigned.

Requirements :

2 years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably with children’s wear knowledge.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail.

Ability to lead and develop a team of Assistant / Associate Graphic Designers.

Brand-appropriate aesthetic; illustration skills are a plus.
