As a Low Boy Operator at Jem Paving, you will be responsible for transporting heavy equipment to and from job sites safely and efficiently using lowboy and tag-along trailers. This role also involves assisting with equipment setup at job sites when required. Emergency call services may require occasional overnight or extended trips.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport heavy equipment to job sites using lowboy and tag-along trailers.
- Assist with equipment setup and assembly at job sites as needed.
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers.
- Ensure all loads are properly secured and comply with DOT regulations.
- Communicate with the team regarding equipment delivery schedules and site requirements.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
