⭐ Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and outbound shipping
- Manage and mentor a team of 20 warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure real-time updates through WMS and Oracle systems
- Monitor daily workflows and provide leadership across all shifts as needed
- Use Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and improve processes
- Collaborate with internal departments like logistics, supply chain, and customer service
- Enforce safety standards and warehouse best practices
- Prepare reports on KPIs, productivity, and inventory metrics
- Support warehouse expansion, layout optimization, and SOP creation
- 3–5 years of experience overseeing operations in a 35,000 sq. ft. warehouse
- 3–5 years of experience managing 20 team members
- 3–5 years of experience with inventory management and stock control systems
- Strong computer skills; well-versed in Oracle and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma processes and operational excellence strategies
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia;
- Onsite;
- Work shift: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM.
