⭐ Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and outbound shipping
• Manage and mentor a team of 20 warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure real-time updates through WMS and Oracle systems
• Monitor daily workflows and provide leadership across all shifts as needed
• Use Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and improve processes
• Collaborate with internal departments like logistics, supply chain, and customer service
• Enforce safety standards and warehouse best practices
• Prepare reports on KPIs, productivity, and inventory metrics
• Support warehouse expansion, layout optimization, and SOP creation
  
  
  

🧩 Attitude and Background:

• 3–5 years of experience overseeing operations in a 35,000 sq. ft. warehouse
• 3–5 years of experience managing 20 team members
• 3–5 years of experience with inventory management and stock control systems
• Strong computer skills; well-versed in Oracle and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma processes and operational excellence strategies

• Location: Atlanta, Georgia;
• Onsite;
• Work shift: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM.
