Jemsek Specialty Clinic is nationally recognized and growing. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our collaborative team. We are a team of providers dedicated to giving exceptional and holistic care to our patients who suffer from Lyme Disease and co-infections.

Responsibilities
- The IV Infusion Nurse specializes in administering intravenous medicine and/or fluids via peripheral IVs, midline catheters, Port access, and/or other types of lines.
- Experienced with sterile dressing changes
- Competent in accessing IV lines, catheters, ports, and any other types of lines; collecting patient samples and reviewing lab results, and able to monitor patients before and throughout the infusions
- Ensuring patients' safety is the highest priority when infusing medications; the IV Nurse will be aware of possible infusion reactions and will maintain open communication with all care team members if/when a reaction occurs
- Work closely with our team, so a team spirit and a go-to attitude are necessary.
- Patience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively are key.
- Maintains professional practices and behavior following company policies, procedures, and standards of practice
- Comply with local, state, and federal rules and regulations and maintain all accreditation standards.
- You will identify current and potential complex problems and critically analyze trends and changes in patient status to plan appropriate intervention
- Frequent telephone and computer/EMR use

- ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing (required).
- Prior Clinical Nursing Experience (preferred).
- Active DC RN License and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (required).
