Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence on social media and the ability to engage with audiences effectively. As an Influencer, you will be responsible for promoting our brand, products, and services through various digital platforms, leveraging your creativity and marketing skills to drive engagement and sales.

We're looking for you to showcase our cutting-edge treatments and services, chronicling your results, in exchange for complimentary treatments and exclusive perks.

Duties

• Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns that align with brand objectives.
• Create compelling content that resonates with target audiences across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly to stay relevant in the market.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Work closely with product management teams to understand product features and benefits for effective promotion.
• Utilize copywriting skills to craft persuasive messages that drive audience action.
• Manage budgets for influencer campaigns while ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Attend occasional in-person visits to Jen Medical Aesthetics for treatments and content creation.

Experience

• A social media following of 5,000–25,000 on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
• High engagement rates (3% or more).
• Focused content in beauty, wellness, or self-care niches.
• Strong presence in the greater Honolulu area.
• Creativity, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in social media marketing or influencer roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including product management and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing content is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML can enhance content presentation on various platforms.
• Experience with marketing automation tools is beneficial for streamlining campaign processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective engagement with audiences.
• A passion for staying updated on market trends and emerging social media platforms.

Compensation:

This is a barter arrangement:

• Payment will be provided in the form of complimentary or discounted Jen Medical Aesthetics treatments, valued at $2500–$5,000 depending on the services rendered.
