Quality Assurance Specialist II

A QA Specialist-II is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of database systems and related processes. Their role involves close collaboration with program supervisors to assess and ensure the effectiveness of operations. Key responsibilities include making informed decisions while reviewing documentation, providing specialized training to new staff on using the database system, and offering feedback regarding expectations and performance related to DHHS contract compliance and Jenda standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support staff in achieving operational goals through independent decision making and effective database management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaboration: Work closely with program supervisors to understand operational requirements and assess the quality of database systems and processes.

2. Decision-making: Demonstrate the capacity to make informed decisions when reviewing documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

3. Training: Provide specialized training to new staff on the proper use of the database system, ensuring they understand its functionalities and how to navigate it effectively.

4. Feedback and Evaluation: Offer constructive feedback to new staff regarding database usage, ensuring they meet the established standards and expectations.

The role combines technical expertise with training and quality assurance to ensure the highest quality of efficiency and accuracy. Candidates for this position may be asked to complete a computer skills assessment.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
