As a bartender you'll be whipping up delicious drinks, chatting with guests, and making sure everyone has a fantastic time. Provide top-notch customer service, and promote a compliant, safe and fun atmosphere for our guests.
Essential Job Functions :
- Champion our code of conduct and always adheres to professionalism.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Follows all state and federal laws.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Aces & Eights recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers in a respectful and friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Bartender is to perform the duties of a Server in the absence of one.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during service to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on current drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
- Obtain and maintain food handler’s certification recognized by the state of New Hampshire.
- Obtain and maintain T.E.A.M.S alcohol certification.
