Pay range $12-$16/Hour

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Create social media posts of events that are happening at the office.
  • Promote events that are happening by sharing posts.
  • Create events and other ideas to impact wellness within the community.
  • Coordinate events and gather materials needed for facilitators of events.
  • Marketing activities such as promotion of services provided.
  • Marketing of products available to meet wellness needs.
  • Attend local events to promote the mission of the counseling boutique.
  • Facilitate wellness groups as needed.
  • Prepare wellness products and promotions within the boutique.
  • Clean and organize the wellness boutique.
  • Gather and order necessary supplies for the counseling boutique.
  • Coordinate with service providers and other vendors.
  • Manage phone calls using a multi-line phone system, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Support clinicians and clients.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and calendar management.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for document preparation and communication.
  • Maintain office organization and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support the office manager with QuickBooks and other office management tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
  • Experience with QuickBooks for financial management
  • Experience with Canva
  • Strong organizational and clerical skills
  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
  • Marketing experience and/or interest
  • Proficient with social media platforms

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.60 - $18.83 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
