Summary :
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting talented individuals (e.g., engineers, laboratory technicians) to support our company’s growth in engineering for bulk solids storage, flow, and transport. The ideal candidate will have a strong recruiting experience, ability to learn quickly about various technical roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively interact with hiring managers.

Days of work are Monday through Friday, with hybrid arrangement possibility after period of performance with exemplary achievement. Flexible, approximately 20 hours per week, with the ability to adjust based on recruiting demand.
