We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time HR Specialist to support our human resources department with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations. This role focuses on ensuring smooth HR processes by maintaining accurate records, processing HR documents, and providing exceptional administrative support. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time HR Specialist to support our human resources department with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations. This role focuses on ensuring smooth HR processes by maintaining accurate records, processing HR documents, and providing exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, able to maintain confidentiality, and have a keen eye for detail.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including processing quarterly dental/vision/hearing claims, assisting with 401k documentation, preparing reports as needed.
- Collaborate with HR Manager, VP Talent, and Recruiting Specialist and to assist with new hire onboarding duties.
- Coordinate orientation schedules and training with other departments.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for HR documentation, performance reviews, and compliance records.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as 401K notices, annual PFML notices, etc.
- Gather missing staff time sheets and post time sheets in NetSuite.
- Assist with Global HR needs as needed.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within HR or a related field.
- An Associate’s degree in Business or Human Resources is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Days of work are Monday through Friday, with hybrid arrangement possibility after period of performance with exemplary achievement. Flexible, approximately 20 hours per week, with the ability to adjust based on recruiting demand.
