Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing attentive and personalized service
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle service appointments
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding any updates or changes to their service appointments
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any customer issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Proactively seek out customer feedback and utilize it to improve our services and processes
- Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers with their needs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Must be able to work full-time and have a flexible schedule, including weekends
