Responsibilities :
- Manage inbound calls related to insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general inquiries,
- Track current marketing activities, so you can appropriately respond to insurance- related inquiries with all of the resources at your disposal
- Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening

- Proactive in problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred
