Job Summary
Our growing ob/gyn practice is currently seeking a License Vocational Nurse to join our team! This is a full time position with competitive compensation and benefits (Insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays, and 401k). We have a practice that is well established in the Katy/West Houston area for over 15 years. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a physician office as well as clinical experience.
Qualifications and Skills
Must have current LVN in the state of Texas.
Must be a highly motivated and organized individual who can balance patient care, productivity, communication and proficiency.
Must have at least 1 year experience in an ob/gyn office.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) is preferred, but not required.
Job Duties
- Surgery scheduling
- Notify patients of lab results
- Prescription prior authorizations
- Phone Triage
- Assist physicians with procedures
- Obtaining vital signs and fetal heart tones
