Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming internet leads, phone inquiries, and online chat requests.
- Guide customers in finding the vehicle that best suits their needs by understanding their preferences and lifestyle.
- Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to track and follow up with potential customers.
- Develop engaging email, text, and phone campaigns to generate showroom visits and sales opportunities.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads throughout the buying process to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set appointments, provide customer information, and ensure a seamless transition to in-person consultations.
- Provide detailed vehicle information, financing options, and dealership incentives to prospects.
- Monitor and improve lead response times to meet dealership standards.
- Maintain knowledge of current vehicle inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
- Utilize social media and digital marketing platforms to expand customer engagement and outreach.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
