Are you a motivated, people-oriented individual who enjoys connecting with customers and creating memorable experiences? Jenkins and Wynne is looking for a BDC Agent to join our growing sales team!
As a BDC Agent, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our current and past customers. You'll help drive sales appointments, assist with vehicle information requests, and ensure every customer feels valued—even long after their purchase. We are looking for someone available Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm, with a weekday plus Sunday off. Scheduling can be flexible! This is an entry level position in sales, so no previous sales or automotive experience required! Pay is $10 an hour (paid weekly) plus commission from sales appointments (paid monthly). Estimated yearly pay of $35k-$40k plus, with no cap on commission!
What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls to our existing and previous customers to schedule sales appointments
- Communicate new sales and purchase incentives to customers

Respond to customer requests by providing photos and videos of vehicles of interest

Follow up with customers for special occasions such as birthdays and purchase anniversaries

Help ensure each customer receives top-tier service before, during, and after the sale

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and personalized buying experience

Ability to learn quickly and use CRM software

Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience is a plus!
- Background check, drug and alcohol screening, and clean driving record needed
