Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PEDIATRICIAN or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our bilingual (Span/Eng) healthcare team. We are a fun, fast-paced, multi-cultural practice expanding services due to overwhelming demand. Our team includes two pediatricians, social worker, nutritionist, vaccinators, and support staff--all bilingual in Spanish and English. We also provide onsite women's health, insurance enrollment, and full wraparound services for SDOH.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients, including physical examinations and health histories for well and sick care.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses in children, ensuring appropriate treatment plans are developed.
- Educate patients and families on health management strategies, preventive care, and wellness practices.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Medical Degree or DO, (for NP: Master’s degree in Nursing with a focus on Pediatric Nurse Practitioner studies).
- Current certification as a Medical Doctor (or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) or equivalent licensure).
- Strong clinical skills with experience in outpatient settings preferred.
- Knowledge of pediatric health issues and the ability to work effectively within a busy multicultural outpatient environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Bilingual: Spanish/ English preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating independent decision-making capabilities.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $118,754.00 - $210,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
