Entry Writer - Fulltime
Location : Monterey Park, CA
Salary : $26-28 / hr
Schedule : Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM

What Will You Do?
Prepare and submit customs entry documents with accuracy
Review and ensure compliance with tariff schedules and regulations
Communicate with customers regarding CBP, OGA delivery, and shipment issues
Track and manage shipments, working closely with freight forwarders, trucking companies, and carriers
Verify arrival notices, process delivery orders, and confirm proof of deliveries (PODs)
Handle invoicing and freight bill approvals
Maintain relationships with key logistics partners to facilitate smooth operations
What Will You Need?
At least 2 years of experience as an Entry Writer
Previous experience in a customs brokerage house (CBH)
Knowledge of various product categories , including hazardous materials, FDA-regulated goods, and live animals
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
