Impactful Role : Oversee multiple ASC operations and lead a high-performing team.
Leadership Opportunity : Work directly with leadership to influence business strategies.
Location Advantage : Work on-site at our central business office in Jacksonville, FL (4500 Salisbury Rd, Suite 511).
What will you do?
Lead daily operations of the Business Office, including Registration, Medical Records, Accounts Receivable / Payable, Scheduling, and Insurance Verification / Collections.
Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to meet organizational goals, such as maintaining accounts receivable days and reducing bad debt.
Ensure compliance with managed care contracts, including Medicare and Medicaid.
Provide actionable insights and reporting to leadership while maintaining alignment with the companys mission and objectives.
Support and mentor staff to ensure optimal performance and workflow efficiency.
What will you need?
Education : Bachelors degree in business or healthcare administration (REQUIRED).
Experience :
3 years of full revenue cycle management for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (REQUIRED).
2 years in a supervisory role with proven leadership and team development skills (REQUIRED).
ASC Expertise : Must currently be working in ASC back-office operations and have experience overseeing multiple ASCs.
Skills : Strong understanding of patient accounting, contract management, and financial analysis.
Stability : No job hoppers, pleasethis role needs someone whos ready to commit and grow with us.
