Entry-level candidates will start at a base salary of $30,000 and you can make up to an additional $5,000 in commission during your first year.

Experienced candidates start at a $35,000 base salary and our top performers earn an average of $10,000 per year in commission.

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from customers, follow up to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve problems.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Must have, or be able to obtain an Indiana Property and Casualty Insurance license
- Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
Salary : $35,000 - $55,000
