Duties and Responsibilities
- Assuring timely and accurate financial data for the Company.
- Managing and assisting in the accuracy of accounting transactions being entered for processing.
- Lead the team to receive and record new inventory and stock shelves as needed as it comes in.
- Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for shipping or delivery.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Assisting in the timely creation of options, entry for approval and processing paperwork for equipment financing.
- Maintains an acceptable level of timely follow-up with customers, vendors and employees.
- Assists with and supervises special projects as they arise.
- Manages the majority of inbound phone traffic in a professional manner.
- Maintains an organized and complete set of paperwork for all appropriate transactions.
- Manages the collections of receivables, entry of payable and billing of goods and services in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with production planning, shipping receiving, supplier management, sourcing, and category management.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques for effective decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and suppliers.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in inventory tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
