About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Claims Examiner to join our team at Jennie B Richmond Nursing Home. As a key member of our Business Office, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing all LTC claims, ensuring timely submission and resolution.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Long Term Care Billing, including Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial Insurance. PointClickCare experience is a plus. You will also possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to effectively manage denials and phone calls from insurance companies and patients.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process all LTC claims
- Ensure timely submission and resolution of claims
- Manage denials and phone calls from insurance companies and patients
