- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.Required Licenses : Registered Nurses
- Must hold current license by the state of Kentucky or hold license in a compact state as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS certification - American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or American Red Cross (Healthcare Provider) required, must be current.
- ACLS preferred.Required ExperienceMinimum Work Experience :
- One year experience in Nursing / Surgery preferred.
