About the Job:
The Affiliate Partnership Manager will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliate partners across all categories. This role will support the Director in fostering strong relationships with affiliates, negotiating commission terms, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize performance. Responsibilities include managing affiliate networks, collaborating closely with PR teams to ensure seamless integration, and crafting compelling pitches for affiliate clients. The manager will also maintain ongoing communication with affiliates to secure opportunities, provide support, and troubleshoot any issues.
Additionally, they will assist with trend forecasting, competitor analysis, outreach, and partnership development. A strong analytical mindset is essential, as the role requires monitoring program performance, analyzing data, and identifying areas for optimization and recruitment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across all affiliate categories
- Secure optimizations with top and underperforming partners
- Assist the Director with building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners to drive engagement and performance
- Comfortable negotiating commission terms
- Assist with paid placement strategy and execution
- Assist Director in developing and implementing strategies to grow affiliate revenue and optimize partner performance
- Affiliate network maintenance and management
- Collaborate with PR teams to work seamlessly together
- Create, write, and send pitches for our affiliate clients
- Communicate regularly with affiliates to secure opportunities, provide support, and address any issues
- Assist the director with trend forecasting, competitor analysis, outreach and partnership development
- Monitor program performance, analyze data, and identify gaps for optimization and recruitment
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing
- Proficient in affiliate marketing tools (Affluent, Impact, ShareASale, Awin more)
- In-depth knowledge of the affiliate landscape
- Experience with developing a paid placement affiliate strategy
- Naturally proactive, with outstanding attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills
- A people person, skilled at building and nurturing relationships, with proven experience in supportive team management
- Ability to both balance many priorities and act resourcefully, all while maintaining a positive attitude
