Position Overview
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Jacksonville, NC is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Jennifer Dufore - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

Proactive in problem solving
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
Courses on ethical and customer centered sales practices will be required
Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
Must be available to work the following schedule : Mon, Wed, Fri 9-5 Tues, Thurs 9-7 1st and 3rd Sat 9-1
