- Oversee and document custom furniture, cabinetry, millwork, and window treatments from concept to fabrication, including review of shop drawings.
Project & Vendor Coordination
- Lead procurement from ordering through installation, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating deliveries, and addressing issues to ensure project success.
- Act as client and vendor liaison, ensuring smooth communication and alignment throughout the project.
- Support renovation project management by coordinating trades during construction, maintaining updated project schedules, and assisting with site-related problem-solving.
- Conduct site visits, field measurements, and on-site installation oversight.
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage accurate project budgets and assist in maintaining financial oversight.
- Facilitate client onboarding/offboarding processes, working within JGD’s CRM and systems to maintain streamlined workflows.
- Regularly communicate project updates and challenges to the Principal and design team; attend weekly team meetings.

- Experience reviewing and annotating construction drawings and shop drawings.
- Exceptional design, presentation, and client communication skills.
- High attention to detail, ensuring both creative excellence and technical accuracy.
