Responsibilities:- Build relationships with clients sourced from various leads to gain an understanding of their real estate needs
- Schedule appointments by converting incoming calls and conducting VIP presentations in person
- Create and submit offers that align with client's preferences and requirements
- Negotiate offers to secure the best price, and favorable terms, and conduct necessary due diligence
- Support and guide clients through the closing process by attending closings with them
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions, both in-person and via Zoom
- Implement established best practices to replicate successful outcomes and celebrate achievements with the team
- Real Estate License required
