Office and Patient Care Coordinator
JLAW is looking for a high energy individual with exceptional customer service skills and the ability move swiftly managing patient arrivals and departures.
This person must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and be a liaison between providers and the patients.Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
- Cleaning treatment rooms between patients on multiple floors of a 3 story building
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of a high-volume multi-specialty practice
- Answer incoming patient call volume
- Meet and greet patients, verify insurance eligibility and demographics.
- Process patient arrivals quickly and efficiently
- Collect payments from patients
- Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, text and in person
- Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience and brainstorm with management
- Maintain & build new customer relationships
- Manage patient treatment rooms before and after care. Sanitizing rooms and carrying out covid19 cleaning protocol.
