- Greet clients

- Place reminder calls
- Schedule consults/meetings

- Filing systems, whether electronic or paper
- Maintain office supplies and place appropriate order

- Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication abilities
- Proficient in Scheduling tasks

- Prefer previous legal office experience
