**Role Overview:**
We are looking for an organized and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support the Team Lead Agent with administrative and operational tasks, allowing more focus on client interactions. This role includes documenting key processes to enhance team efficiency and fostering continual client engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Document and organize existing operational processes for team-wide implementation.
- Track client progress, ensuring they receive timely updates on properties.
- Maintain communication with clients to nurture relationships.
- Schedule interactions to keep the Team Lead Agent informed and engaged with clients.
- Plan and host client events to enhance brand awareness.
- Support coordination with marketing and bookkeeping for seamless operations.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong in organization, communication, and problem-solving.
- Self motivated, growth minded, creative, and flexible
- Utah Realtor License with selling experience would be amazing, but not necessary.
- Familiarity with Keller Williams systems is a plus.
- Able to adapt to new technologies; iPhone user preferred.
