The Plumbing Superintendent will manage and supervise the execution of commercial plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of plumbing systems, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee plumbing teams to execute commercial plumbing projects from start to finish.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate work, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Interpret and implement project blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of plumbing crew members.
- Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, OSHA regulations, and local building codes.
