Life Enrichment/Activity Assistant
Full Time, 40.0 hours per week

Jennings at Notre Dame Village is a beautiful environment to work in. We have a Silver Certification for Montessori based care for older adults in a "small house" concept. The small house concept is a non-medical environment that allows our staff to develop deep bonds with residents as they assist them in their day. Our Life Enrichment/Activity Assistants help plan and execute a variety of different activities for our residents to participate in from arts and crafts, to exercises to escorting the residents on outings in and around the greater Cleveland Area.
If you don't have experience but are passionate about helping people, we will take care of the training just please bring your heart and hands and come enjoy caregiving at Jennings in an innovative way. Qualifications
Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent.
- Creativity and a basic knowledge of a variety of activities.
- Must have a spirit of cooperation and a pleasant, friendly personality.
- Basic understanding of the needs of the elderly, especially those with dementia, and a willingness to work with a variety of people would be great, but if you are willing to learn, we are willing to train!
