Summary
The Summer Internship Program at Jennison Associates is a 10 week program that includes a variety of events and projects to provide students with a challenging and meaningful experience. This program was created and formalized with the goal of preparing students for their future by enhancing their industry knowledge and expanding their professional network, while providing them with a real-life work experience.
Your Impact
The intern will help us with projects aimed at foundational aspects of the team and reducing risk with greater documentation. They will also assist with change initiatives and data clean-up exercises within the Client Advisory Group.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist with coordination and tracking of client and consultant deliverables
- Data clean-up exercises
- Support the overall team with research and updates to client and consultant data
- Work on strategic projects across the client and consultant teams needs
- Assist with Salesforce maintenance, excel spreadsheets and data updates
- Support the team with daily administrative tasks
Your Required Skills
- We are currently seeking a candidate who is highly motivated, possesses excellent communication skills, and has the ability to work in a busy environment while multi-tasking.
- Actively enrolled college student working towards a BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Computer Science.
- 3 GPA or higher
- Exposure to Salesforce, Qvidian, or other CRM systems is a plus
- Knowledge of Use of Excel and PowerPoint required
- Positive attitude with an ability to work collaboratively in a supportive role
- Availability to work up to 40 hours per week over 10 weeks (beginning in June to mid-August approximately)
- This role is located in New York and will work in alignment with Jennison’s hybrid model (onsite Tuesday – Thursday and remote Monday, Friday)
The hourly rate for this role is $30/hour and rates for this role may vary based on various factors including but not limited to, years of experience, range in corporate level, candidate skills, and geographic location. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including but not limited to, individual and organizational performance.
