Mine Repair Mechanic / Fabricators for Mine Repair Shop

Heavy Equipment Repair / Shop Des Mechanics and Mine Equipment Repair Technicians

JENNMAR Services is currently hiring Mechanics for a local mine repair shop in Millersburg, KY

Basic Job Duties of Shop Mechanic :

  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections, lubricate and perform routine repairs.
  • Perform maintenance and repair on various pieces of diesel heavy equipment including but not limited to Dozer, Excavators, Hoes, Articulating Trucks, Trailers, Standard Pickup Trucks, International Trucks and Mine Equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries and lubricating equipment and machinery.
  • Learn to customize and repair Mine Equipment.

Experience and Requirements :

  • Diesel engine repair : Preferred
  • Mechanic experience : Preferred 1 year or more

    • Fabricators - Preferred 1 year or more

  • Assist and Repair Mine Equipment or Heavy Equipment.
    • Schedule :
  • Day Shift
  • Monday – Friday (Saturdays - when needed)
  • 8 hour shifts commonly - optional overtime
