Forklift Operator
Jennmar of WV is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to assist with product movement throughout all stages of production.
Duties of Forklift Operator:
- Perform pre-shift checks on the forklift.
- Operate the forklift in a safe manner.
- Locate and deliver raw material to workstations.
- Transport bundles of product to and from workstations and storage areas.
- Effectively prioritize loads between stations and storage areas to ensure no delays in production.
- Handle products with extreme care.
- Identify and fix damaged bundles of products.
- Accurately complete production logs and any other assigned paperwork.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Assist other operators as needed.
- Complete any other duties as needed.
Schedule of Forklift Operator:
Training will occur on day shift (5AM - 1:00 PM, Monday thru Friday) and the selected candidate will transfer to afternoon shift (1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Monday thru Friday) upon completion of training.
