Job Summary
We are looking for full-time production workers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining general conveyor belts, keeping walkways and catwalks clear of debris, and performing general labor and maintenance work as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conveyor Belt Maintenance: Ensure that conveyor belts are operating properly to maintain production levels
- Housekeeping: Keep walkways and catwalks clear of debris and obstructions to prevent accidents
- Labor Work: Perform general labor and maintenance work as needed to support the production process
Work Schedule and Benefits
The selected candidate will work on a night shift schedule, which includes rotating shifts and overtime opportunities. The compensation package includes competitive hourly rates, paid vacation time, and comprehensive benefits.
- Competitive hourly rate of $20.00-$21.00 per hour
- Rotating shifts: Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday
- Overtime available upon request
- Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, vision, dental, and 401(k) with matching after 6 months
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass background checks, drug testing, and hair follicle tests
