Jennmar Services is a leading industrial construction and maintenance company that values quality and service. We are seeking experienced Millwrights, Welders, and Maintenance Technicians to join our team in the Graysville, PA area.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with experience in repairing and installing mechanical parts for equipment. They should also be proficient in reading schematics and instruction manuals, as well as working safely and efficiently with hand tools and power tools.
Responsibilities include:
• Following instructions from supervisors and crew foremen while maintaining all safety standards
• Performing various physical duties assigned
• Moving, securing, installing, building, loading, and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Welding and fabrication for repairs and installation of plant equipment, chutes, and crushers
• Properly repairing and installing mechanical parts for equipment
• Reading schematics and instruction manuals to make equipment repairs if needed
• Using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Cleaning and preparing job sites
• Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties
• Applying types of oils and greases according to specification of equipment/job
Requirements
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to routinely climb stairs, ladders, and/or platforms, bend, and squat
• Ability to walk, stand, or sit for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to consistently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to work any shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays required
• Ability to pass background and hair follicle drug & alcohol test
