JENNMAR is currently hiring Production Workers/Laborers for the JM Bolt plant in Wardell, VA. JENNMAR designs and manufactures a wide range of dependable ground control products, from bolts and beams to channels and trusses, resin, rebar, and more. Preferred Requirements of Production Worker/Laborer:
- Must be available to work any shift. Will train on first shift and then move to the shift the plant requires at that time.
- Dependability to be consistently at work and on time with ability to work overtime as required
- Fundamental listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Fundamental math skills including knowledge of fractions and decimals
- Basic measuring skills using tape measure and micrometers
- Finger and manual dexterity to perform job duties with standing and/or bending capability during normal phase duties
- Moderate to heavy Lifting capability (up to 65 lbs.)
- Team member mentality with ability to follow safety and standard operating procedures with a quality assurance mindset and adherence to proper PPE requirements.
Schedule and Shifts of Production Worker/Laborer:
- Monday – Friday
- Weekend work if necessary
- 8 hour shifts
- First Shift - 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Second Shift - 2:00pm - 10:00am
- Third Shift - 10:00pm - 6:00am
- Overtime when necessary
