Jenny Rutherford Real Estate, LLC is in search of a qualified and competent Marketing Assistant to join and make a positive impact on our real estate business and a number of brands we manage. This individual will be assisting our Marketing Department in developing and boosting our social media presence, creating marketing materials for our group of businesses, and assisting when needed with photo shoots and special events.
The ideal candidate will be a driven multitasker who loves taking the initiative to enhance our marketing within our company according to company directives and goals. The ability to produce and compose with a keen eye for aesthetics and composition is an absolute must. Knowledge of using platforms like Mailchimp, Canva, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Nextdoor, and Planoly, as well as all social media platforms, is a definite plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic-thinking skills, an eye for detail, a good understanding of brand representation, the ability to communicate in an authentic voice, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks within a given timeline are all necessary to be successful in this role. The ability to take direction and adapt to constructive criticism is crucial.
Creativity and a knack for generating multimedia content that produces positive engagement, as well as being able to come up with unique solutions to lead generation and reputation management challenges, are also important.
